Your perfect serve:
The Peach High Ball
Ingredients:
•50ml or 1.7oz Johnnie Walker Black Label
•150ml or 5.1oz sparkling peach ice tea
•Ice
•A peach wedge for garnish
How to make it:
1. Take a highball glass and fill it with ice.
2. Add 50ml of Johnnie Walker Black Label.
3. Top up with the sparkling peach ice tea.
4. Garnish with the peach wedge.
Your perfect serve:
The Talisker Sour
Ingredients:
•50ml or 1.7oz Talisker 10 Years Old
•25ml or 0.85oz fresh lime juice
•1 egg white
•15ml or 0.5oz of sugar syrup
•2 fresh fennel tips
How to make it:
1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with
ice.
2. Shake to mix and strain into an Old Fashioned glass.
3. Garnish with the fennel tips.
Your perfect serve:
The Margarita Grove
Ingredients:
•60ml or 2oz Seedlip Grove 42
•1 tbsp of Agave syrup
•15ml or 0.5oz of fresh lime juice
•Ice, salt and 1 lime wedge
How to make it:
1. First prepare your glass by running a lime wedge
around the outside of the rim then roll the rim in salt.
2. Add all the ingredients with ice to a cocktail shaker.
3. Shake & strain over fresh cubes of ice into a
tumbler.
4. Garnish with the lime wedge.

Your perfect serve:
The Orchard Sling
Ingredients:
•50ml or 1.7oz The Singleton of Dufftown 12 Years Old
•50ml or 1.7oz apple and pear juice
•50ml or 1.7oz soda water
•Mint leaves
How to make it:
1. Add The Singleton 12 and juice into a midball glass.
2. Add the soda water.
3. Stir and garnish with the mint.
Your perfect serve:
The Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
•50ml or 1.7oz Zacappa 23 Rum
•10ml or 1/3oz plum or date syrup
•1 dash of Angostura bitter
•1 dash of chocolate bitters
•1 dash of orange bitters
•Orange zest for garnish
How to make it:
1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice.
2. Stir.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
4. Garnish with the orange zest.
Your perfect serve:
The Blanco Limonada
Ingredients:
•50ml or 1.7oz Don Julio Blanco
•50ml or 1.7oz soda water
•15ml or 0.5oz agave syrup
•1 lime cut in wedges
•Mint leaves
How to make it:
1. Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
Shake well - put some passion into it!
2. Add ice and shake again.
3. Strain into a tall glass, add the soda water and
garnish with mint.
Your perfect serve:
The Grapefruit Collins
Ingredients:
•50ml or 1.7oz Tanqueray Nº TEN
•50ml or 1.2oz fresh pink grapefruit juice
•15ml or 0.5oz sugar syrup
•Soda water to complete
•Pink grapefruit wedge for garnish
How to make it:
1. Take a highball glass and fill with ice.
2. Add the Tanqueray Nº TEN, the pink grapefruit juice
and the sugar syrup.
3. Complete with soda water, stir, and garnish with the grapefruit wedge.
Your perfect serve:
The Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
•50ml or 1.7oz Ketel One Vodka
•35ml or 1.7oz espresso
•10ml or 1/3oz local honey
•Chocolate shavings and orange zest for garnish
How to make it:
1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
2. Shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled coupe
glass.
3. Garnish with the chocolate shavings and orange
zest.
Your perfect serve:
The Kentucky Mule
Ingredients:
•40ml or 1.35oz Bulleit Bourbon
•150ml or 5.1oz ginger ale
•15ml or 0.5oz fresh lime juice
•A lime wedge for garnish
How to make it:
1. Take a glass and add 40ml of Bulleit Bourbon.
2. Add the ginger ale and fresh lime juice.
4. Stir and garnish with the lime wedge.
